Shadowing Opportunities 

Students will have a chance to shadow at various veterinary clinics around the city including:
Wichita Pet Wellness
Caring Hearts Veterinary Clinic
Sweetbriar Veterinary Clinic
Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital of Wichita (must observe surgery prior to shadowing) 

Research Opportunities

Students will have the opportunity to help with college level animal related research at Wichita State University. The research the student could participate in includes:
Turtle Catching and Marking at Ninnescah Reserve
Snake Surveys at Ninnescah Reserve
Tadpole lab work at WSU (requires training)
Protist and bacteria lab work at WSU (requires training)
